Is there any way to delete all the channels in a sequence en masse?
I've reworked my channel names and assignments, and don't need them anymore.
I do need the intervals though.

Any suggestions?

back in 1.0.2 or so, when you imported that's about how it worked.
Same IDs were overwritten, new were added, not there, went away.
The current way is funny and I just don't like it. I don't know of a way to blindly import a compleatly new setup.
Fine. You're so smart you rig up the lights.

You want to keep the timing markers but remove all of the channels and their events?

Aurora doesn't have that option, but I did throw this together with the AD3 SDK:

Don't use this on a file you intend to keep... it will rip out the data and re-save it!!!

Along these same lines - a Event Line Tidy function might be nice.

Select a region of the sequence (via grid or waveform), remove unnecessary event lines.
Or the ability to run on an entire sequence.

Probably fairly processor intensive, but handy when stripping and replacing "busy" parts.

The "remove unused timings" feature was supposed to make it into 1.0 but didn't due to other plans.  It has been moved into the 1.2 project plan.

Part of the delay was due to W2E; there are some plans to change the way W2E functions (to make copy/paste of W2E possible as well as the ability to pull up properties on a W2E selection to adjust it) which will also allow some tricks to make this functionality much faster.  I figured there was no use putting in another piece of functionality to break when it was only going to be rewritten in a couple months anyway.

Still... since we are playing with the minimal SDK available:

Note to the passer-by... these "tools" are unsupported.  Use is at your own risk.  They could destroy your files, so keep backups before attempting to use them!!!
