I'm posting this as a sticky because it has been a problem for a while...
 
1) Try the forums if you aren't getting responses by email.  Someone keeps maliciously reporting the aurorashow.com domain to RBL blacklists as a SPAM provider.... we are not (nor have we ever been) but these blacklists tend to take a "shoot first and ask questions later" approach so some emails do not get through.  In some cases we get  a form of "not delivered" email  responses back with a cryptic message that lets us chase down the problem (usually an inaccurate blacklist somewhere), but most just "drop into the bit bucket" (disappear without a trace) without us ever knowing what happened.
 
2) Use a valid email address if you choose to communicate with us through the contact form.  (also make sure the email address used when you purchase with Paypal is still valid).  We can't respond to you if any contact info we have for you results in a mail server somewhare out there responding back "550 MAILBOX NOT FOUND".  We are getting some regular "why don't you respond you idiot" messages messages that fit in this category.
